CHANGE IN DELEGATES FOR CONVENTION

In accordance with the Sertoma International Bylaws, adopted as revised July 27, 2003, Delegates for Regional Conventions and International Convention are as follows:

(1) Delegates. Each Sertoma Club in good standing shall be entitled to voting representation at every Annual or Special Meeting, and at the time of designating Delegates as herein specified, shall be entitled to choose an Alternate for each Delegate. The representation of Clubs shall be on the basis of three (3) Delegates for the first 25 members, and one (1) additional Delegate for every seven (7) members above the first 25 members. Members to be counted must be in good standing as of the first day of the fiscal quarter in which such meeting is held as shown by the record of Sertoma International. Any Club chartered after the first day of the quarter shall be entitled to Delegates based on the same formula according to the official records of Charter Members in the International Headquarters Office.

96-102 Members 14 Delegates and 14 Alternate Delegates

124-130 Members 18 Delegates and 18 Alternate Delegates
