Delegates-at-Large
Regional & International Conventions

In accordance with the Sertoma International Bylaws, adopted as revised July 27, 2003, Past District Governors, State Directors and Past State Directors are no longer designated as Delegates-At-Large for Regional Conventions or International Convention.

Article III, Section C

(2) Delegates-at-Large. All current elected Officers and Directors of Sertoma International, any past International Executive Officer or Director who is a member of a Sertoma Club in good standing will be recognized as Delegates-at-Large. All current Governors shall be Delegates-at-Large with one vote each at all Annual or Special Meetings of the organization.
