Greetings to all & a reminder:

This year (2003-04) is only a 10month Sertoma year, resulting in the 4th quarter being reduced to 1 month. To save time, the 3rd qtr dues (for 3 months) & 4th qtr dues (for 1 month) are being combined. This will result in a billing for March 1 - June 30, again for a total of 4 months.

If you are billing your members in advance for their next dues, please make the March 1 bill for 1.33 times the regular amount. Similarly, when you send your District/Regional dues, please make the check for 1.33 times that regular amount.

This, then will be the last dues billing for the 2003-04 year, and the next billing will be July 1, 2004. That billing will be for the 1st quarter of the 2004-05 Sertoma year - which you may not have to do if you are not continuing as Club Sec/Treas for next year! Any questions, contact me.
